I am a Canadian real estate investor looking to purchase properties in the US. I am based out of Vancouver Canada and have some experience in flipping properties in my local market. 

Seeking opportunities in the Texas area, I am looking to purchase under valued properties for buy fix and hold (rent) scenarios. 

Are there any other Canadians with experience purchasing US properties?
