Hi BP Family,

I am new to this site and as a full time REI, I am trying to find out if there are any BP Mastermind gruops here in the Bay Area? I am also looking for an experienced GC that would like to partner up on flips providing labor and materials while I find the deal, finance the purchase, will help in the PM, and will handle the marketing in this 50/50 relationship that I want to continue in more projects all over the bay/sac/central valley.
