Good Evening Friends! My name is Jason, Real Estate Agent, Keller Williams, New Orleans, LA. I have decided that the agent thing is great and all, but I'm ready to add to my repertoire and dive straight into Flips. I have a goal to reach $100k in profit by the end of the year. I share this goal with you because I feel like I need to put it out into the Universe. I need some advice on an opportunity I have been offered. The universe decided to offer me an 1,100 sq/ft home, 3/1, 2 story that needs love. Pretty much gut and put back together. The price is right, but I never imagined the first one that would literally drop on my lap, be half way to Canada.. I do, however, happen to have a good friend of mine that lives there, he just doesn't know a single thing about the biz. Any advice on y'all's experience in working a project out of state, would be of great assistance for my psyche. Feel free to ask me details, etc. I look forward to the future conversations and ideas I will share with some of you. Thank you for your time and input.)) Best, Jason D
