hello everybody, my name is Scott. Just signed up for biggerpockets to help gain valuable knowledge in the real estate and landlord topics. I don't know a whole lot about anything and I've been doing a lot of homework. Hoping to be ready to start advertising my first property soon. Any advice for somebody starting out would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Lancaster REIA meeting is 3rd Thursday 7PM at Lancaster Bible College. There is a meetup.com page.
