My name is Austin Rutherford and I am new to real estate investment. I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home and intend to buy and hold. I am currently in the military but will be leaving soon and hopefully settling in the Evansville IN area. 

I stumbled upon BP through a Google search and have been reading/lurking for several months now. Thank you for making such a wealth of knowledge and experience available!
