Hello,

First I would like to say Hi to everyone in the Columbus, Ohio area and all of you on the forum

I think some introduction is also in order before I head into the rental section of the forum as I have amassed a long list of questions I like to be answered.

I graduated from The Ohio State University a year ago with B.A in International Business, and went back this year to get my realtor’s license(in progress). My family has been investing in Real-estate for over 30 years, and I have been exposed to the rental business since a very young age. I see the growing potential in the rental properties around the campus area, especially since multiple deals have been made by Lex Wexner himself to improve the streets close to OSU.

Since graduating, I have been acting as the property manager for my families’ properties, and am interested in building a rental portfolio of my own. Luckily, I have met some great people during my time at OSU, and one of them is becoming my first investor!

Again, I have so many questions before I jump into the world of investing (Very nervous about making my first deal), and I’m very happy I found Bigger Pocket forum through the podcast.

Thank you all for your time and again I hope to know more of you soon!
