Hello all, my name is Jayrel. I am from Virginia, Hampton Roads area and soon to move to Denver. 28 yrs old. I am a newbie to RE. I have been reading BP religiously for the past week. I enjoy the wealth of knowledge up here. I became interested in RE when I started my painting company and started to paint numerous flips for a single client. Since transitioning to industrial and commercial contracts I have come to see that I enjoyed seeing the process of flipping houses. And since Flip or Flop, Flipping the Heartland and numerous other shows on the DIY network and HGTV have stopped giving me the rush they used to I have decided to venture into RE myself. Although I am new to the business side of RE I am very familiar with the work that can go into these flips. I personally have done drywall installation, constructed foundations, laid brick, put in tile and hardwood floors, and of course painted interior and exterior. I look forward to learning from and working with you all.
