Newbie from Central Vermont

I am so excited to have found Bigger Pockets. I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Brenda Hedges and I live in beautiful Waterbury, VT. I've been a real estate agent for about three years and work with clients to help them buy or sell their primary or second home. My goals are to build a portfolio of rental properties and to fix and flip a few properties as well. I'd love to find  a group of other individuals interested in real estate investing in Vermont. I found Bigger Pockets as I was surfing the web looking for a real estate group that I cold join. I'm looking forward to networking with others here.
