Hello BP Members,

I figure I should introduce myself now rather than later. I am currently a college senior at Old Dominion University. I study music education but have always had real estate as a final goal in mind. Though I have been interested in being in Real Estate since high school, I've worked in retail sales my entire life prior to now and am tired of not getting paid for the work and research I put in! 

Joining BiggerPockets was initially to gather as much knowledge as possible from the podcasts and forum post. I would now like to network with fellow ambitious individuals who are ready to WORK. I plan to work the wholesale game to build capital to buy my first live in rental property. Seeking to connect and learn from those in my field and hopefully close on some 50/50 whole sale deals to get my feet wet.

My end goal in Real Estate is to be a College Town rental powerhouse. After speaking with Thanos Polizos, I found no better time to start than now, and no better speed than Full speed, all the time.
