Hi Everyone! New member here from Chicago, I have been hanging BiggerPockets now for about 5 months, reading forums and listening to some of the podcast. I just finished reading The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down, and yes I left a review on amazon. I eager to learn from as many people as possible and really get my feet wet. Looking forward to networking with everyone.

By the way, Happy Memorial Day Everyone!!!!
