Hello,

I'm interested in making a career out of real estate and I'm sure I will need your help to do so. I'm interested in real estate investing such as flipping property, rehabbing homes, selling property and more. I want to learn more about whoetailing and new construction as well. I'm currently in between jobs and just got back to the country from working overseas in Abu Dhabi. I found out about this site from Jason Buzi's "Living the Dream" group and I get a lot of motivation from that group, so now I'm looking to learn and get into this progressing industry ASAP. James Lumley's 5 Magic Paths to Making a Fortune in Real Estate is providing me some great insight right now. I'm currently residing in Chesapeake, VA, 31 years of age, l have a strong sales background and I keep a open mind.
