Hello everyone!

About me:
I'm Kyle, 20 years old, and maybe the most driven and dedicated person you've ever met. I was working my way through college on a full scholarship when I felt a crippling need for a change, a need to actually put my talents, dedication, and effort to work. I found BiggerPockets on Youtube a few months ago when I was researching various routes to starting my own business. I'm prepared and even a bit excited for 90 hour workweeks so it seems real estate may be the place for me.

The plan:
So far, I've been listening to the podcast, reading some of the books recommended, and looking around the forums. I plan to attend real estate class and hopefully get licensed by the end of the summer. I'll spend some time, maybe a year, as an agent to build connections and get experience in the field. After that, I'm aiming to start investing. A small 2-4 unit house that I can rent out units and possibly live in seems to be the logical starting point. I'll need to landlord at first but I may consider starting my own property management firm later on. Eventually, I hope to get into much larger properties.

I'd love to hear any thoughts at all on the plan, a particular step, the timeframe, a good real estate school, or anything else.

Thank you for your time!
