Completing my first Wholesale

I am a newbie with my mind set on closing my first wholesale deal THIS MONTH. That it. It's in the books, so it needs to get done. So I hopped on MLS and realized a few things:

1. I have no idea how to look through the MLS.

2. When I figured it out... I didn't really know what I was looking for to know what a "Good lead" would be.

I have been doing research and reading every chance I get. I have listened to endless Podcasts. It's time for me to get out and see how it gets done, and just do it.

Is there anyone in the Orlando or Central Florida location who successfully closes wholesale deals? If so, what do you suggest I do to get my first deal?

What I would LOVE to do is sit with someone here in Orlando that has a few under their belt or even shadow to see how it gets done.

If you are that someone, or know that someone, please let me know!

Thank you!

Stephanie Fernandez

99.8% of wholesale deals will not be MLS properties. If Im wrong, Im sure someone will chime in.

I'd say 99% of the properties that are 'wholesaled' are found through direct mail campaigns , or by word of mouth.  Knowing someone is going to sell before even they know it!
