Recently moved to San Antonio from Austin, TX  in January and I am ready to get my feet wet with Real Estate Investing.  I have a few properties i'm looking to get under contract soon to wholesale.  As much as I am excited about everything, I find myself constantly doing research and learning about best practices because I do not have much experience.  I've joined the San Antonio Real Estate Networking Club and I am open to networking with everyone and learning as much as I can.

Looking forward to this market!

it's my pleasure to be the first to welcome you the site :)

I joined last year with no properties in the States and now have two, with more in the pipeline.

I was guilty of no getting fully involved in the community at first which was a mistake.  Treat this as part of your business and you and your business will grow tremendously.

The forum posts, blogs and pod casts are amazing. If you need to know anything just ask anybody, they will be happy to help.

Happy investing. See you at the top

Nick
