Hello BiggerPockets!
Hello everyone!
My name is Lindy McConnell. I'm 20 years old and I'm new to BiggerPockets, and real estate in general.
At the moment I live in Ohio, but next Spring I plan to move to North Carolina and buy a multi family home. I want to live in one unit and rent the others out. I'm either going to use a VA home loan, or an FHA loan.
After the required year of residency, I'm going to find another MFH to buy and repeat the process.
My goal is to have enough properties and enough cash flow to be able to quit my day job and focus on being a landlord by the time I'm 30.
At the moment, I'm focusing on educating myself about real estate and landlording by reading the forums daily, and also listening to the podcasts.
I hope to connect with fellow Investors, especially in North Carolina since that's where I'll start my journey.
I look forward to becoming an active member on the forums!

Welcome to BiggerPockets. I like the goals that you have set for yourself to retire at 30. I wish I could have gotten into real estate investing sooner to retire young. Enjoy your journey.
