Hello my name is Rich Boucher and I am excited to introduce myself to the bigger pockets community. I currently reside in Uxbridge, Ma but I'm originally from Milford, MA. In 2006 I started Boucher Landscaping Inc and thus became an entrepreneur by accident. Today we are a small successful company that maintains and manages over 200 clients. About a month ago I started researching real estate investing and luckily found bp. The podcast and site has motivated me to start my REI career. My current focus is to build a REI foundation though fix/flip and multifamily properties. First three goals are to 1 learn as much as possible, 2 network with like minded professionals, and 3 ultimately complete my first deal. Im also a family man who has a great wife and partner Rose Boucher. We have 8 month old twin boys Brody/Ryder and I can't leave out our cutest dog in the world Burton(sorry Brandon). Hobby/passion is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Currently a brown belt who competes and helps train professional MMA athletes. My family and I lived in Millbury for over a decade but moved to Newton Sept 2013. 

Although I'm a Real Estate Agent, I'm actually in a very similar situation starting out in investing myself. I've owned multi-family properties in the past but that was decades ago. 

In my area, i'm developing a sense of where to invest first in order to master that neighborhood.
