I am a designer from San Diego Ca. I've been designing in fashion (ready to wear men's casual) professionally since 2000. I have a youtube channel that helps start up clothing line with advice that has over 6K subscribers. I've been a stylist on  music videos, a fashion editor in LA and in my last in-house job I was creative director of a small men's line in Orange County. I can basically put a clothing line together a to z.

I've always loved real estate. I always new I would do real estate as an investing vehicle. In the future i'd love to have a few buy & hold investments and multi-units.

I owned a condo in 2004-2007 (sold right before the crash). It went up 100k in value in that time. I did stage the condo well and sold it in 1 week. That is the extent of my real estate experience. I did have my Real Estate license as well but it has long lapsed.

At the moment I'm trying to get current on all the BP podcasts. I've been a member of BP for a while but have not yet posted. I LOVE BP!!! I discovered it on the google talk @Brandon Turner  and @Joshua Dorkin  did. I'm looking forward to meeting real people that also love investing in San Diego.
