Hey Guys & Gals,

Spoiler alert the new guy I was talking about is me so don't do too much sleuthing to try and solve the mystery. As the subject said, I'm new to real estate investing in the Twin Cities area and excited to learn from all the brilliant people on BP. Quick blurb about me, I'm a recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame (go Irish!) and just by saying that I likely either won your heart or earned your eternal disdain. I'm currently working as an actuarial consultant in the health care sector, but my long term goal is to transition into real estate investing full-time. As a new investor, I'm looking to start with single family homes in Hennepin county that I could ideally use an FHA loan to turn into a primary residence before selling in a year or two. I'm an avid sports fan and love to read, so thanks to the lack of good sports teams in Minnesota I've been soaking up every real estate book I can get my hands on, but I'd love to hear your favorites. My goal on BP is to build mutually fruitful relationships for years to come while learning the ropes of real estate from all the great people here. Looking forward to connecting with all of you and kicking off my career!

Cheers,

Ryan
