Hi everyone! My name is Christopher Friedman and I'm a 24-year-old recent graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
I always thought this sort of stuff was a scam (hearing about too many "get rich quick" seminars). But after being around a fair amount of successful real estate investors, I've seen that this industry is very much a real thing.
Recently, I've done rehabilitation of large multifamily properties, along with some property management. I've been reading every recommended business/real estate book that comes my way. I absolutely love sharing book recommendations.

I can't wait to start talking to others about the exciting world of real estate.
I also enjoy hiking, swimming, playing nerdy board games, and anything psychology related.

Oh, yea... I've set up my keyword alerts and have read the Beginners Guide  ;)
