Newbie from Burlingame, CA

Hi all,

My name is Elizabeth Yen. I live in the Bay Area and am looking to buy and hold. Interested in starting with small, manageable properties like SFR/condo/duplex/triplex. I have no intention of quitting my day job, I love what I do! My husband and I enjoy real estate. We figure it is a great way to protect some of our salary income from Uncle Sam, and build wealth for our future dream of owning a vineyard.

I'd love to hear from members in the area and seasoned investors with pearls of wisdom. I learned about bigger pockets by downloading their book from Amazon. I liked the straightforward approach and collegiality. I look forward to being a contributing member.
