Hello everyone my name is Miles Smith and my family currently practices flipping homes in the inland empire area, I am almost 18 years old and have realized starting real estate young is one of the best things you can accomplish. I've joined this website to learn more about rental properties and flipping, I'm extremely interested in multi unit rental homes so I could possibly live "for free". When I turn 18 I'm going to get a job as an insurance sales agent and save up income to start purchasing my first property's.
