Newbie here from Stockbridge Georgia

Hello, my name is Brian and I currently live in Stockbridge Georgia. I just turned 40 years old and started to dabble in real estate investing about eight months ago. I have since purchased land, as well as two single family residences which are both currently rented. I'm still not sure if the "landlord" thing is right for me. I may be more interested flipping but I don't know how well the economy will support that right now.
