Hi, I'm Trent Driver from SE AZ. I've owned my own company here for 20 years, (water well pump repair).  My plans are to buy and hold MF property in the tucson, sierra vista area. I'm sure there I have a lot to learn about this, but I'm looking forward to any and all advice everybody here can help with. Thank you bigger pockets.
