Hi all,

I found this site about 3 months ago and have been soaking in a lot of information. I figured it was time to interact more with the members as opposed to looking in from the outside.

I am still fresh in the real estate business and am trying to ramp up my participation in it. I do have a bit of a background in real estate through my dad who was an appraiser (commercial and residential) here in the Chicago area. I was helping write up appraisals at 13 and as soon as i could drive he was sending me out to go take pictures of comps. lol.

I now currently work as a Business Analyst for a small telecom firm and own a condo i bought for a steal in June 2013 (finished my masters about 2.5 years ago).  My goal as of now is to purchase a 3-4 multifamily owner occupied unit in Chicago for me and my fiancee and rent out my current condo. I will then try to purchase a new multifamily unit every year and a half till we are ready to move to the suburbs.

I anticipate learning a lot from here and look forward to interacting with all the knowledgeable members on this site.

Thank you for your time

Nnabuenyi
