First off, this site is great....I've been checking the forums out for a couple weeks now. I'm an active duty Army soldier in Indiana and have been attracted to real estate investing since the first time I saw Flip This House. I want to learn as much as possible and turn that passion into a business I can leave my daughter. Any advice on finding a mentor?
