Long time BP forum stalker - Ready to get involved

I figured it's time for an introduction. I have been a long time BP forum stalker and podcast listener, ready to get more involved. Currently in my first long term flip in the western suburbs of Chicago and with my first appraisal coming up since renovations (hopefully for a cashout refi into my next project), it's making me excited looking forward to more of these in the future. I am also involved in a SFR development project, where the primary investors picked up 9 lots from the FDIC at 12k/ea (55k/ea value). I am helping to develop a strategy to maximize the use of these lots. I look forward to reading more on development and any reading suggestions anyone might have. Have a good one,
