Hello!  Joli and Mina here from the great state of CO.  We came across BP today while researching a seminar we attended today presented by Fortune Builders.  We have zero experience but eager to learn more about real estate investing, primarily in flipping and obtaining rental property.  We hope to be able to invest in something by year end and have fun doing it!

We heard about the Denver Meetup and would love to meet some locals as well as learning from everyone on here.

I have learned more about RE investing by listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast than from any other source. The amazing library of interviews moved me past the education paralysis and into action. I can not recommend this resource enough!
