Hey all,

My name is Alex and I am very new to Real Estate Investment. So new, in fact, that I have only purchased my own primary residence. 

I have only recently joined the site and have been gobbling up the podcasts. Big thanks to Josh and Brandon as well as all the great guests! Rarely do you find such a high quality and impactful effort, freely available for all. Bravo guys.

Interested in discussing everyone's investment strategies, and learning just as fast as I can. I turned 30 last year and realized that I have been wasting a lot of time. Not going to waste any more. :)
