Hey all, 

My name is Max Miller and I work in digital media. I've been meaning to get involved in real estate investing for some time now, but just never pulled the trigger. I'm particularly interested in trust deed investing, but am open to whatever might be right for my current financial situation.

I'm as much of a beginner as beginners get, so any advice as I prepare for this journey would be much appreciated. Looking forward to learning as much as I can from all of you.
