Hello all,

I've been avidly reading the great content on BP for a while and feel like I'm getting a Masters in real estate.  Fortunately, I stumbled on the site before I placed my first tenants, and I'm sure the lessons shared here saved me from tons of 'wallet-ache'. I continue to learn something new every day.

We have been in REI for two years, and are slowly building a rental portfolio focused on SFHs in areas like Duluth and Tucker.
