Hello BP!

My wife and I started our Real Estate journey about six months ago. We both have full time jobs, but would like to someday be able to generate enough passive income from our properties to not be tied to them.  

We quickly realized that starting our investing journey in Southern California was going to be a bit tough, so we found and worked with another investor to find some more reasonable properties out of state.  We now have 4 rental properties and are on the hunt for more!

Looking back, I can't believe we got that far without BP!  I found the BP Podcasts right before taking off on a 4-hour drive.  I was able to get through several podcasts (love the faster speeds!) and immediately saw the value.  When I got home, I signed up on the BP website and here I am!

I joined BP hoping to learn new finance strategies, different investment strategies (flipping, commercial, multi-unit), and ways to get into my local market.

I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and helping everyone take their real estate investing business to the next level!
