Hi My name is Raquel and I am trying to learn as much as I can to start becoming a real estate investor. I am interested in rental properties. I am from Prosser WA. This seems to be a great place to  update one's knowledge in real estate. Hope to hear from other members who could share how they did their first investment deals and what to do.
