Hello Biggerpockets community. My name is William Reigle and i am currently stationed overseas. I am married with one child and purchased my first 2 investment properties in 2009. The properties are located in Riverview, Fl (Tampa Bay Area) and were purchased as Fannie/Freddie foreclosures. My parents rent one and cover the mortgage and the other is managed by a management company. My real estate goals are to keep buying wherever i go. Im heading to Offutt AFB, Nebraska (Omaha) in April. The first year I will rent but plan on buying the following year. Im happy to be a part of the BiggerPockets community and look forward to hearing what you have to say.
