Hello to all. 

I'm a new member, obviously.  I came up working for a family rental property business and I am now looking to spread my wings and fly about on my own.  I'm here for the knowledge that so many members have.  I'll probably just read everywhere except for the rental section for now.  

Please pardon any stupid questions I may pose in other areas as I am only asking stupid questions to learn.  

I usually lurk on most forums for a few weeks or so, but this one seems worthy of an early introduction since there is some really good info here.   Keep up the good work, BP'ers.
