Hey everyone, I've been reading up on the site and a lot of real estate books lately. I'm looking to take advantage of the current state of the market and start working for myself. I'm most interested right now in mutlifamlies in the Gulf Opportunity Zone.

I'm looking forward to learning a lot here and meeting others interested in real estate investing.
