New to investing and seeking advice.
Hi,
My name is Farel Zamor I"m a photographer from Atlanta, Ga. I just relocated to the Cape Coral area in Florida. I"m new to Real Estate Investing and have no clue where to start. I've mainly been doing a ton of research and educating myself, one of which lending me on BP. I"m here to connect and learn so if you have any tips for beginners please share. I was looking into wholesaling to be my primary focus at the moment. Thank you much in advance for all the advices and tips. Hope to connect with great like minded investors.
Farel.

Thank you @Peggy Liu I feel welcome already. @Azeez K unfortunately I'm no longer in Atlanta but still interested in the info for I'm sure I will be visiting again. thank you for your tips. I will most definitely reach out to investors/wholesalers and build my network.
@Farel Zamor Welcome to BP. Your research lead you to the right place for learning and connecting. Follow @Azeez K. advice. Also download and use the Ultimate Beginner's Guide as your text book. It will help you decide on a specific niche or two you want to pursue and you can set up keyword alerts to help you learn.
Best wishes!
Welcome to BP. Like the others stated to start with the Ultimate Beginners Guide. Lots of great information in there to get you started. Podcasts are excellent as well!
@Pyrrha Rivers thank you much. I will definitely read the Ultimate guide that @Azeez K. suggested. I read the wholesale blog which was very informative and answered a ton of questions I had regarding wholesaling. @Kyle Boughton thank you as well. I have been listening to a ton of Podcast lately. they do have a ton of valuable information.
Welcome to the community! BP has a tremendous amount of information to help you, but it is only available if you seek it out. Be sure to be as active and engaging as possible. Read blogs, post questions, and the podcasts are gold! The best free education you can get. Good luck!
Thank you @Jon Huber I spend most of my day on BP, I just have to get in the habit of asking more question s and actually engaging more with users here. I have had one connection so far and she has been a tremendous help. I will def be upgrading to a Pro account because the features on BP are amazing.
