Brit investing in US first time

Hi friends

I am a newbie on the site as well as a newbie to property investing in the US.

I am wondering if there are people that can provide properties 20-30% below appraised value and then offer it as a No Money Down deal. I live in the UK and will need help and guidance in understanding mortgages, taxes, repatriation of funds (rental surplus and profit on sale) to UK, advice on areas to invest/hotspots, No money down packages for Brits, help and assistance with rentals

Wonder if there are sites I can get such information or firms that offer such service

Warm Regards
