How is everyone? I'm a new member here from the Atlanta metro area. My wife and I have been discussing real estate investing heavily for a while and have decided to start getting some education. I've downloaded all of the free books I can find on Google and Amazon and started reading. Other research led me to look up an investor named J. Scott, which in turn led me here. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and learning as much as possible to make this a success.
