From Montreal, Quebec, Canada

I'm new to this forum, I was wondering if there were any members from Montreal, Quebec, Canada? I haven't done my first deal yet, but will do so within the next year. Pretty excited but a little scared at the same time. What got you interested in real estate?

Hey Jimmy.  I'm a newbie and lived 10 years in Montreal.  My Dad bought a very nice new house in nice subdivision in 1967 for $23,000.  Quebec used to be the best priced real estate in the country. It's a beautiful province, and Montreal is the most happening city in the country - and the Quebecois are the best!  The Italians come in at a close 2nd!  Good Luck!
