Hello fellow BP members,

I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years as an analyst, so I have decided to redirect my focus on real estate investing.

I have been to a few OCREIA meetings and have met some great people and heard a lot of helpful information.  I have also been listening to the BP podcasts and have learned a ton more information.  

I understand that real estate investing will bring as much as I put into it, so I am diligently working on re-activating my real estate license while pursuing wholesaling and rehab deals until I am able to respectfully resign from my 8-5 JOB.  

I look forward to learning a ton more from all the forums and materials available on BP.

You can definitely build a real estate investment business that will deliver the results you want.  Utilize the resources here, ask questions, connect with others, set goals, learn and take action.  We are all looking forward to helping you out and hearing about your deals.
