Hello everyone, I am a new wholesaler and have been doing some market research, driving around checking out properties talking to home owners etc. I've even made just a few offers but nothing yet. I feel I do understand the aspect of wholesaling but feel There's so much more I need to know. How much time should I be spending daily on developing my business? Please help!!

Welcome to BP, @Aida Rivera

The answer is all up to you! There are investors on the phone or in the field 20 hours a day, and there are completely passive investors. I think it depends on what your expectations are and how fast you want to achieve them.
