Greetings!  Excited to have found this website and these forums. In the process of buying first investment property with a few others. We are very green and I'm sure will learn by error. My goal isn't to become rich, but rather, find stable income.  Hoping to network on here, find great resources, as well as get good advice of how to not screw up too much!
