Hi, my name is Amber. I am 27 year old professional, looking to purchase my first investment/multi-family home this year. My goal is to live in half and rent the other half out for a couple years while I save some more money and I can continue.

This is all pretty new to me aside from researching loan options and what I need to accomplish in order to get started.

I look forward to learning from everyone and obtaining some knowledge that will help me along my way!
