Hello,  

   I am Chris and I live in Roslindale, MA.  I am interested in investing.  I would like to buy a owner occupied rental.  I am also interested in flipping and commercial property.  

Also, I am thinking about getting my real estate license to work part-time.  As, I am a full time teacher now.  I am just looking for added cash flow and real estate has always interested me!.
