Hello BP community - I have been reading on BP for few months now by following forums posts, podcasts and blogs related to buy and hold properties. I am looking to gain more knowledge and experience into rental properties. I'm also interested to network with other local individual investors. Please forward me any information about local REI meet ups if there are any. Thank you and I wish everyone here a wonderful new year ahead!

Hi @Anil Sharma ,

Welcome to the community.  There do not appear to be any active BP Meetups at this time, though apparently one occurred earlier in the year.  Here are some recommendations:

1) It is very easy to use the www.meetup.com site and form a BP-specific Meetup.  So you can be the instigator!

2) There are a number of Meetups in the Seattle area regarding various aspects of real estate investing.  Just search for real estate and choose from the options.

3) REAPS is the largest and most networked Seattle area REIA (one of the biggest in the country, in fact). Go to www.reapsweb.com for more info.  REIA WA is a smaller local alternative too, and their info is at www.reiawa.com.

Hopefully we'll connect soon at one of these events!

Best Regards,

Scott Price
