introduction and first question

Hello my name is Juan. I'm new to real estate investment. I'm a US Army Veteran/OIF and a Union member of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry. I bought my first home this year and recently got married. Now that all of that craziness is behind me I plan to buy my first rental in the New Year. I've been learning a lot reading the forums on here and listening to Podcast. I'm very interested in wholesale. I've recently attempted to obtain delinquent property tax lists from several illinois counties and I haven't had any luck. What other options do I have to obtain that information.
