New here... Where can I post my investment properties for sale?

Hello-

Looking forward to checking out this resource.

To be honest I'm looking to connect with people interested in hands-free investment properties that I manage with renters in them as we speak. 

I have investors all over the world that only need to open the mail and cash the checks I send.

I know all sites have specific TOS and don't want to make an mistakes when just starting out so if anyone can tell me where/how to list my properties for sale I would really appreciate it.

I'm curious to see how well this site works in finding new partners in the real estate investment business.
