Time to get involved!

Hello BP!

I just got done listening to the BP rockstar webinar and really enjoyed the website tour by Brandon Turner. I am doing what you said, time to engage BP and get involved!

Currently I am interested in rental property and other avenues toward long-term assets and passive income, but I am still trying to find my niche. Maybe it is in notes or liens or specific types of property? I am open to it all and here to start learning all the opportunities in real estate. Geographically I live in Southern California but frequently travel to Georgia for work and to visit family - these are my two spheres of influence for now.
