Hi all, 

Found the forums via Bigger Pockets Podcast and I'm excited to dive in. My wife and I recently liquidated our properties in Nashville, TN, to move to Richmond, VA, to be closer to family. Best decision we ever made because after a few months of research and studying, this market is ripe!
