My name is Francis. I currently live in the Bay Area, California with my Fiancee and 2 children. I am currently playing Arena Football (Yes it is considered professional) and have been doing well enough to support a family of 4. So far in my life I have been riding along this path that football has set for me. Things were pretty much decided for me based on who wanted to employ my talents. And now after a long career, the reality of life is starting to show itself. It's time for me to start forging my own path.

Growing up I used to tag along with my father to his work sites. I began doing construction early on and fell in love with the process of seeing a house take form, from foundation to shingles. Then my father began Investing in real estate. I saw how lucrative it could be and how much creative effort it took to maintain and succeed. I then fell in love with that process. I feel as though I've been groomed for this. It only makes sense to me that after football is over, i turn towards what I've always wanted to do. Make no mistake, I understand that it is not an easy endeavor. I know that it will take a lot of work, and cause a lot of stress, but I also know that its work that I am willing to put in.

I came to this site because I want to learn and pick up knowledge from any and everywhere. I enjoy the idea of talking to and interacting with people who are just as passionate and as interested in the process and concept of real estate investment as I am. Ultimately, I just want to take care of my family and give my children a yard to play in.

I'm scared because this is the first time I will be taking direct control of the direction of my future. But I'm excited because I finally feel like I'm ready. I want to thank everyone for reading this and giving my story consideration. I am excited to join you all in our journey towards owning the world.
